Volunteer Training

CASA training classes are offered five times a year—January, March, May, September, and October. A class normally consists of approximately 30 hours of class work, observation of court hearings, and at-home work. Remaining classes in 2021 are scheduled for:

  • Tuesday & Thursday evenings from 5-8pm, September 9-October 7
  • Tuesday & Thursday evenings from 5-8pm, October 28-December 2 (except November 23 & 25)

Sessions are fun and interactive, and you will learn everything you need to know to get started as a CASA Volunteer. Upon successful completion of the CASA training, you will be sworn in by a family court judge in a special ceremony.
