We can’t wait to see you in person! Whether you’re a potential volunteer, a current volunteer, a donor, or someone from the community invested in the welfare of children, there is an event here for you. If you don’t see what you are looking for, reach out to us.
Are you ready to take the next step and become a court appointed special advocate for a child who has experienced abuse and neglect? Then join us for eight training sessions over five weeks. We’ll equip you with the information and skills you need to become a CASA volunteer. After training, you’ll be sworn in as an officer of the 17th Circuit Court, Family Division. The November cohort will meet on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, 5:30-8:30 pm, in the multipurpose room on the 3rd floor of the courthouse. No class will be held on November 28 for Thanksgiving. Application and pre-training interview required to participate. Contact us with questions or to register.
