We are ready to add an Administrative Coordinator to our team!
This part-time position, 15-20 hours per week, will support our program staff with administrative tasks. If you are highly organized, love a good database, enjoy people, and are passionate about CASA's mission of advocacy, this position might be right for you. (Onsite work required; no hybrid option.)
Job responsibilities include:
- Managing volunteer inquiries and applications
- Entering data into and pulling reports from our database
- Maintaining digital and paper volunteer files
- Handling the administrative tasks related to volunteer training
- Assisting program staff with stakeholder communication
